Sims 3 pets dating
These are role-playing style quests that have you looking for hidden treasure, busting ghosts and, of course, making friends – both four-legged and two.
There was a similar idea at work in the PC only expansion World Adventures and we hope and assume it’ll become a feature in all future Sims games.
EA announced the latest addition to the popular franchise: The Sims 3 Pets.
On the PC and Mac, Pets will be an expansion pack, but on Xbox 360, PS3 and Nintendo 3DS, it will be an entirely standalone game."For the first time ever, players will be able to play as their pets and see life through their eyes," Scott Evans, General Manager of The Sims Studio, said.

Yes, the Sims franchise is no longer contempt with simulating human beings.
And yet we still find it hard to unequivocally recommend The Sims 3 Pets to anyone, given the finicky console interface (even with Kinect voice controls), glitchy visuals and slow load times. We assume The Sims 4 is currently being planned, but if it is we do hope that the PC doesn’t end up the sole focus once again, because the idea’s too good to be wasted by these unsatisfying ports. In Short: Very poor value if you already own last year’s version, but even if you don’t the console version is still badly compromised compared to the PC.Street Pass will allow players to gift pets to other 3DS owners automatically within range. The Xbox 360 version adds Kinect support, so that players can "take control of their pets and Sims by voice commands, like telling their Sim to be romantic or feeding their dog." We're not exactly sure what the voice command for "be romantic" is, though.
Pros: Creating and fawning over your own virtual pets is even more mesmerising than bullying around little computer people. Cons: Technically and conceptually it’s still obvious this was all designed for the PC first and foremost.
